Melinda LaFevers

She is strongly involved and interested in arts based education, and is on the Arkansas Arts on Tour and Arts in Education Residency Artist rosters with two programs, "Life in a Castle" and "Life in a Log Cabin." She is involved with several historical reinactment groups, and works part time at the Ozark Medieval Fortress, a 13th century castle being built with 13th century techniques. She has been writing for years, mostly songs and poetry. Some have called her a bard.
